44 tooth rear sprocket.
Does anyone know were to find a 44(or 45) tooth rear sprocket? the bike I bought has a 130 rear tire and 13 tooth front, would like to gear it down abit more until I wear out the big tire.
Mods I did today,uni-air filter, drilled slide, cut spring,125 main jet, modded a ktm 300sx muffler to fit on as a slip on.Wow what a power diference from stock,I am really impressed cant wait to put on a big bore kit.
ill try to post some pics later this week.

I just changed the sprockets on mine. At cycle gear the smallest they could get for it was a 47, so I went with a 14 on the front. I was running 13/42 before and this is better. I didn't lose any top speed, but the engine is revving a little higher. I was still searching for a lower gear on steep stuff above the timberline in Colorado, but it is great around here.
I just picked up a 45 rear from my local independent shop for $30 including tax. He had to do a little looking to find it. It may have listed for the KLX300, but not sure. I believe there's a thread or two around here with a cross reference on sprockets. PM me if you want that shop's name.
