330 bore power commander map
I have ordered a 330 big bore kit from kustom kraft for my europe model fuel injected klx. At the moment I have a power commander installed but there seems to be only two maps on their website. One is for the stock klx and one is for the klx with a leo vince exhaust and airbox open.
I looked for a klx 300 map but there does not seem to be one...(might be wrong though). Should i just tweak the 2nd map by adjusting the numbers in the grid by say 33%.
Tuning at the local bike shop with dyno jet trained staff would cost around 150 euro so this is another option but seems a bit steep.
Does anyone have any experience with the power commander mapping for the 330 bore kit?

I don't know about PC on a kawi but some can be mated to an o2 sensor and you can dial in your afr. It's more money but the last Harley I had could be tuned that way. Go with the fattest map if not but I wouldn,t think you'd have to go the whole 33% but you could start there and see. You can work between there and stock and do ok I think as that is how I first tweeked it on the HD. A good dyno shop will be able to read your afr and tweek it with the dyno that is how I got mine fine tuned but truth be known I had it close by trial and error. Good luck as I know custom maps aren't common for these bikes and the big bores.
