You will want to rejet the bike for the exhaust and 300 kit. Personally I'd leave the airbox lid on, but remove the snorkel, or maybe open up the airbox opening a tad bit more, say double what it is now, like a 3"x3" opening or so. The airbox is pretty soft material, you can cut it with an Xacto knife, dremel tool, or a hacksaw/jigsaw. Depending on what you ride for dirt/street mix you might benefit from new tires as well if you still have the stock 603's.
