When the screw is that far out you've pretty much used up all its adjustment. Fitting a bigger pilot will let you set the FS more in the centre of its range allowing some adjustment on trail when you hit the big hills or head for the flats. Try the #38 first. As for midrange? All our bikes preform slightly differently. Find out what works for you.

i dont go out on the trails i have street tires on so is it ok to just leave it there i hate taken the carb out of these things

If you mostly street it...Id try the K&N air filter and ditch the air box all together...Im still not sold on the air box lid off...There seems to be alot of post/threads about that mod not working out....But others have mastered the adjustments...

When I tried the lid off with the 132 jet you can just hear the bike suckin too much air....As soon as the lid went back on you can hear the bike likes the reduced amount of air

Sounds smoother and gives you more low end and mids..

If you recon' it's getting too much air, add a#138 main (like me) and let that baby snarl. Why stunt her growth? More air + more fuel = more fun.....Lots more.

Yea...

I was reading your post somewhere else and seen the 138 jet and was thinking dang thats how he has his open air box running..That baby has to screw....Got a part# to PM me with the 138 or 136 jet...Thanks.....
