Yup I called myself a moron.....

I took the bike around the block and never got into it...But later I did.....I got up to 80mph today and just watched the mph click ahead in seconds...No more 3 seconds between each mph over 70 anymore......

Now since the kit is in and I have plenty of grunt and highway gears I guess Ill try the 13 tooth now...Might take away from top speed but anything over 80 is insane on these bikes anyways....I bet with either 250 kit or 300 on a perfect day the bikes would do 100mph..

Im sure they would but Ive notice the differant weather conditions the bike runs differant... Like for example some days bike runs smooth at 65 70 and some it feels ruff but its not a worry,, Ive not gone past 70 sounds like shes goin to fly apart

What is your elevation above sea level, JRock? I'm ordering the kit for the '09 250S tomorrow, still on the bench between the 124 and 128 with just the snorkel removed. We're pretty much at sea level so our air is super-dense, which makes me tilt towards the 128...

Yeah I'm saving up for a Muzzy full system, at which point I'm thinking the 132... I'm just worried that the 124 + snorkel removal still might be a bit lean at sea level :-?

You might want to try a#38 or #40 pilot as your FS is turned out so far.
