Further inquiries have revealed that the motorcycle with the vacuum on the exhaust started as revving was heard, then the devastating explosion occurred. The motorcycle operator actually survived the blast but suffered burns and hearing loss.

Shut the gas off, drain the carb bowl, let in fresh gas and it will start right up. Next time you park it run the gas out before you shut it off. 100% satisfaction guarantee.
