Thanks guys.

I always like to circle back for others who are experiencing similar issues and a new chain was the fix. MUCH better then diving into the trans as I initially thought.

Plus 1 on the fender flap. That thing bugged the heck out me. I used a small strip of weather stripping to buffer out that annoying sound. Glad to hear that new sprockets and a chain is all you'll need.
