Default 2010 KLX250 no spark help!!

hello i have a 2010 KLX250 i cant get any fire to the plug, battery is fine bike turns over no prob, coil seems fine
i changed the CDI box didnt help, then i tested the pickup coil didnt seem to have and power coming from it, but the three yellow wires from the stator had power output but seemed low
so i changed the Stator and pick-up coil brand new very expensive i might add, and now i have no power output from stator or pick-up coil, could it be the magneto/flywheel does anyone think that could be the issue or has anyone heard of the faulty megneto

Could be a bad plug wire. I've had them come loose on other bikes. And by loose I don't mean on the plug, the wire actually came apart at one of the ends. Not sure on this bike, but other bikes I've had, actually had wires that screw into/onto the plug ends. I went to a shop bought a couple of feet of wire and re-did them myself.
Good luck.

The pickup coil is a vr sender, voltage varies greatly on engine speed. If you had the plug out and the battery was charged and your spinning fast enough you should be generating a pulse of ac current.I'd try a dvm to see what kind of voltage spike you see coming from those 2 wires(could be as high as 50 vac), if no voltage ohm the sender for short.
good luck

The pickup coil generates pulses about 2.5 volt high when cranking. It raises to over 40V at high rpm.

Beware that those pulses are not easy to measure with a dvm. They are narrow and the rms value is much lower than the crest. Ideally an oscilloscope is to be used. However, if one measures more than a few hundred mv ac when cranking, I expect the pickup to be good.

To add to what I said above, testing the pickup coil with an ohmmeter is quite revelative. If it reads about 220 ohm (say between 200 and 300) then it's most probably good.
