LOL took me a bit off a google to find out what they were, but yeah

ATGATT = All the gear, all the time
SOTGSOTT = Some of the gear, some of the time.

You learn something new every day eh...

I thought I made up something new. Damn you google.

The world is filled with ATGATT *****. It's ok to throw on a helmet and go from time to time... I know the risks. I don't need the lecture all the time. No need to beat a red horse.

My 3 mile daily commute and town riding.
Helmet gloves jacket boots.

Anything out of town
The above with leather pants.

I ride 99% road, if I was to ride off-road I would consider wearing (or not wearing) something more suitable to that ride.

For the guys who dont always wear gear, have you ever been down? Just curious.

I wear most of my gear all the time..
I went down while warning gear on Tarmac at 30+ mph, that was enough to break my arm in two places.
If I wasn't wearing any gear, I would of come out a lot worse than what I did.

I repeat as i did on advrider. Wearing full leathers in 110 degree weather WILL cause you to suffer heat stroke. I'd rather go down without full gear than pass out from heat exhaustion

Mesh gear in the heat FTW. I used to be a SOTGSOTT but after going down once and nursing the road rash I won't get on a bike without jacket, gloves, boots and helmet at least.

Any way, good luck with the sale. sad to see you go.
