2 quick pics of my 09 red klx250s
After a wash n lube with Dupont Teflon multi-use spray...And I thought washing a car was a pain. How much is it typically to detail a bike? I got this at 1000 miles and have put a few hundred on it, so it's still very clean, except for some scrapes that you can't see here.

Mods include removal of the seat strap and the floppy chain guard in the rear. Pretty cool huh? I take the MSF course this weekend with it, we'll see what kind of comments I get. I'll be sure to let you guys know!
Future mods include handguards, full exhaust, dynojet kit, kouba screw, my own airbox lid, maybe some 17 inch supermoto wheelsets and I think some of the DirtBagz Scout luggage would be perfect for this bike. I wonder what it'd look like with all the stickers removed?
I know this isn't much to some of you, but this is my first motorcycle and at 27 years old I feel like a kid getting his first bike. "I can go anywhere!!!"

Yeah, it came like that. The only scrapes that came with the bike wire on the right side. Fortunately I evened things out and bent the front brake lever too. I'm thinking I take them off, put it in a vice, and apply some blue flame and get some custom shaped brake levers. And then order some guards.
Yeah it was used. The dealer took advantage of me. Funny thing is that any scrapes were on the right side, not left. oh well, now I have a bent brake lever to match too. I'm gonna try to bend them back. Is it hard to remove and put back these levers?
