i got a 2 bros slip on . is there anyway i can make a fmf mega bomb header work with the 2 bros slip on pipe?

how did you like it? i have an 09 250s and i just orded the two bros m7 carbon fiber slip on, stage 1 dyno jet kit, and uni air filter.. was thinking about ordering the megabomb so i can just do it all at once.. do ya reccomend it?

 

Mine did not fit fine...I had to cut some slits in the M7's pipe to allow some expansion for the PB to fit into it.

 

If you can create a taper on the FMF header, the 2 brothers will slide in. My mechanic made a tool from brass to flare the header pipe, and used high temp silicone with no clamp. Hasn't leaked yet

 

mega bomb has to big of an expansion chamber.. you dont get enough back pressure= slowwwww.. go with the power bomb or klx 300 header

 

My FMF power bomb/M7 combo did not fit properly... went to a local muffler shop where some of the mechanics twist throttles, take both units so they can expand the M7 flange to slip over the FMF header approx. 1 1/4'', that will ensure a good leak proof joint! Good luck... remember "no falls... no *****!"
