Default 1995 KLX250 carb parts help

Hello I am helping work on an older KLX250, and the carb has some parts on it that aren't showing up in the parts lists that I can find on line. In the pics you can see on the left hand side of the carb, a brass type of screw right next to the choke. I don't see this in the on line parts break downs, any ideas what it is?
Also, on the right hand side, there is a small metal tube coming out of the carb and angling back toward the air box, It wasn't hooked up to anything, but has to go somewhere, does any one have any idea where it should go? There aren't any places to connect it to the air box, and the fuel connection is on the other side, so I am at a loss as to where it goes. Any help is appreciated...

It looks like a vent on the right. That should have a plastic tube connected that runs back and down, usually between the rear wheel and the swing arm, to discharge fuel away from hot exhaust when the bike is laid down. There's also a vent on the left side. I don't know about the brass thing though. Is this one of those Aussie carbs with a de-icing mechanism?

Thanks for the input, If it is a vent out I will be thrilled! I just can't find it on any schematics or drawings. I don't believe it's an Australian model. I am near Houston Tx, and we got a great deal on the bike, just started cleaning things up and found a few things that aren't making sense. I have the carb out and will be opening it up and cleaning it out, I hope to have a better understanding of what the brass part is then...

The carb from my 2000 KLX300 is sitting on a shelf and easy to look at. Both of those locations have vent hoses on them plus an additional vent hose on the left side near the air box and just above the fuel bowl. I can't tell from the photo what is located there on your carb.

See where the tubing connects, p/n 92190, 92059a, 92190a.

Thanks for this Brewster, I see now on the Diagrams the vent hose connecting to port B on the carb, I just didnt see the connection before. It doesnt really show where the hose goes except for down, so that makes sense that it would be a vent. As far as the little brass one, Ill need to start it and see if its pulling vacuum, if so, I'll need to run it to the airbox, although my airbox has no ports at all, only the main feed into the carb throat. Thanks again..

Thanks for the help guys. When I got it all apart, these two ports are connected together through the fuel bowl cavity and serve only as a vent to keep the bowl out of vacuum. I capped one off with a vacuum cap, and ran a hose off of the other down by the engine case with a small fuel filter on the end to keep dust out. The bike runs fine, thanks again for the input!
