13 rear shock service

Default More pics and no “brand signs”

Alright guys, thank you all for your answers and help.. I’ve been looking for any marks on the shock and there are no brand signals.

There is a part number on the lower right side of the label. It may be for the shock or just the label.................try entering it into a search.

Ok, let me be upfront about this, I'm retired, I'm taking a week off from my normal physical training routine and it's too frickin" hot outside to do anything past 1030. So, with some extra time on my hand I did some googling and came up with this thread on a 2012 KLX. It covers the shock charging valve conversion and thought it might give you a little more insight to your 2013.

Racetech has a replacement cap with the schrader valve already installed. I use a high pressure MTB fork pump to keep mine up to pressure.. I don't push it hard enough to worry about nitrogen fill.

I don't remember the part number, but it was easy enough to find on their website.
