Good looking pics. 1 question sinkoman, how are proper riding pants any better than a pair of jeans execpt for maybe being waterproof. After reading most of your current posts it seems like you might be the next IG around here
Doh!

Forgot to look at the odometer, but we rode for about 3 hours.

nope...nevermind.
See that little picture of the mountains and the little sun on the far right of the editing buttons?
Click it and you get a popup.. Sometimes popup blockers will block it, so you haveto hold the ctrl button, or on my computer I haveto use "temoroarly allow" or something like that .. Anyways once you figure how to get it to come up on your screen you paste
http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/4...108AZOXDhu2cta
into the address bar.
Then hit ok and the picture will show up where you type. You will know if it works before you post, it will show up on this particular forum before you even click the "ok" button.

Nice ride.

You are dressed in proper gearAll the essentials--helmet, MX goggles, gloves, MX boots, long sleeves & pants. Quite refreshing to see actually.

Why are flashy MX jersey & pants are considered safety gear? I don't consider my MX jersey any more protective than a sleeved shirt, but mine is not flashy.

**** you man, how dare you even suspect me of such treachery.

Jeans won't hold up to nearly as well to abrasion as riding pants will. They alow more movement too, as they're designed to be flexible (try sitting down in a pair of good fitting jeans).

As for the jersey, i've taken spills at 25+ mph without so much as a single scratch thanks to my jersey.

Jumped out of a friends van going 20 mph a while back (please don't ask why, i've already gone through kicking myself), and tore my whole back up, even though I was wearing a shirt, AND rolled.
