Is the 250sf the same as an 250s? Other then the tires is the suspention,gearing the same.

 

There are some guys here with the SF, they might chime in. I think the gearing is 14/39 on the SF. 14/42 on the S. As far as the suspension, I believe its shorter, less travel. I don't know if the springs are any stiffer.
