Stop and go (mostly stopped?) in 110F temps does not sounds like a good time.
I gotta ask - where exactly are you located to have to endure these types of conditions? Phoenix? Vegas?

Just sitting here and thinking - how about an oil cooler? I believe there is an oil line from the case to the head, a couple stainless lines and a cooler mounted somewhere. I just thought of it because I saw pictures of Eli Tomac's KX450 and they have a cooler on it. Apparently the U.S. Kawasaki team runs an oil cooler on their bikes, no fan, because it isn't necessary on the MX/SX bikes. You could spend like $300 on a kit for a KX or buy a kit generic kit for under $100, you're going to have to fit it up yourself either way. I'd do the latter for my bike.

Beet makes a kit, but big bucks and no idea where to buy it. Other than the oil cover made for fittings, it is pretty generic.

It would be nice if the custom cap could be had, but I think it can be done using the three way oil feed on the back of the engine, feeding the head from the case. That is how a cooler is plumbed into an SR500, out from the case to the cooler, then cooler to the head. Use some custom stainless lines, fittings that suit the cooler, and a 3 or 4 way (1 plugged) fitting to split the line where needed. Brake lines could actually be used. There are turbo cooler line sets on Amazon and probably ebay for some ideas.
