Well, seeing as how I had KLX650 hubs that were were tested for fitment on a D-tracker and that also fit my 2009 KLX250 with no issues, I'm 99% sure the answer is yes. Perhaps there is a difference with the D-tracker compared to the stateside 2007 models, but I doubt it. Pretty sure the D-tracker was basically the 2007 and earlier version of the SF. I guess there's a possibility that just because KLX650 hubs fit 2007 AND 2009 KLX250's, doesn't mean that 2007 KLX250 hubs will fit 2009. I doubt it though.

The only thing I had to do was remove a rubber seal in the speedo housing to make it fit the hubs.

The hub might fit, no idea on that, I am thinking you cannot take a complete 07 wheel and put it on on 09.

I was looking at an 09 today and the hub and axel look the same (front), I'm pretty sure it'll fit right on, even with the 09 wavy disc.

You guys that ride together with an 09 and an 07 should just try a swap.

They will fit provided you swap rotors and sprockets. The 09 rotor is larger and i forget the sprocket differance. Also the speedometer drive on the front wheel will not be driven as that is different as well. A shim will be needed in the front due to this.

It may still work. I didn't need a shim, only needed to remove the rubber dust seal on the 09 speedometer.
