Selling - How much to ask?
Hey guys.
Sorry if this post is in the wrong place, I'm only new.
I've got a 2002 KLR250 and I loved it, but I'm kind of out growing it. I want something with a LOT more power, so I'm looking into a KX450F. The only problem is, to buy it, I need to sell my KLR.
The KLR is in pristine condition. It only has 1,300 KM on the clock. Nothing is broken, there are a few marks on the engine cover from shoe rub but nothing any other bike doesn't have.
The chain and sprocket have been upgraded...the sprocket is now either a 46 or 47 tooth to give it a bit more power, and the tires are the Gritty ED03 and ED04 with pretty much 100% tread. Original tires are included which were taken off, never ridden on, and a pair of 95% universal tires as well. Original sprocket and mirrors (which were never used) will be included also.
Fork seals are going to be replaced and a general service will be done. I work at a car detailing place, so I'll be able to clean it up all pretty-like as well.
How much can I ask for this bike? I am hoping for around $4,500 - $5,000 Australian? Is that asking too much?
