I was wondering if anyone has seen a luggage rack for the back of the KLR250? Could you post some pictures if you made the rack? If you bought the rack,were? I have been seaching the internet for weeks.

I installed the Kawasaki factory package rack; think I posted on this forum about it [Yep, sure enough, I DID! https://www.kawasakiforums.com/m_54875/tm.htm]. . . pictures have probably been taken down, but . . .

HAD FITMENT PROBLEMS!

Among them:

Turn signals stems are too short for nut purchase without modification, in my experience.

Rack is only rated for FIVE POUNDS; although let your conscience be your guide.

But, your friendly local Kawasaki dealer can order a genuine factory package rack for around $ 100, if you're interested.
