My KLR250, i'm thinking of buying suddenly developed some electrical issues. There is no spark, and the lights no longer work, as far as i'm aware they were all working fine before the head came off, now, nothing. Has anyone got any ideas ?

Did you get it started yet? My son had ignition problems with his KLR250 that turned out to be a bad ignition override switch on the kickstand I believe. We used the wiring diagram in the factory service manual to trace out the ignition circuit. I think the manual also gives values for testing the CDI and other components.

hey jmcalli were can i find a wiring diagram if were each whire goes to as i have been looking for a while now and cannot find one at all.
