I'm a bit of a newbie so let me do a fast introdu toon. I'm sven, I live in Belgium, houtvenne, I'm 44years old male who lives to ride.
So I just bought myself a kawasaki klx 250 of the year 96. After checking the bike we noticed that it was necessary to replace join De culasse.it was then that we noticed that the cylinder was bored bigger to a 300cc cylinder. So after buying the 300cc join De culasse, repairing all the damages o' the bike and replacing all old joints with new ones, we were ready to fire it up. It starts great.. After second kick the ignition fires the engine up and it runs. A bit of air screwing to fine tune the idle and done.but after a few minutes the bike pushes away its cooling water through the little rubber tube, positioned at the rear of the bike. This means that the klx makes pressure on its water/cooling system. After checking all the things that we have fixed, even all joints that we have replaced, we are in very deep thinking what the exact reason could be.
