I had the fork tubes powder coated an D Tracker 250 and I forget to do the 2 fork tube top caps

Bike is back together now. What happens if I just raise front end and remove the caps. Will oil and pressure release and the forks need be pumped again or???

I want to powder coat the screw in tube caps now
