Okay I have a 1996 Kawasaki jet ski 750 dual carburetors I headed out on the lake and it got were the throttle wouldn't open all the way up without it wanting to die it finally gave in it will not even start with starter fluid I take the hose going to the filter off and there's no gas coming through their hose could that be my fuel pump
