Hi everyone, new to the forum was hoping for some help. 04 Kfx 700 overheats. Ride the quad for about 3 miles coolant light comes on fan runs after about 5 minutes of riding. Already replaced the t-stat and coolant. Any suggestions? thank you, in advance for your help.

 

have you checked the water pump to insurethat it is working and that the fins are all intact?

 

My 06 does the same thing. If there is a little bit of mud in the radiator, it will overheat. I carry alot of clean water with me when then weather gets warm. At one point I was going to replace my radiator.
