750 brute exhaust

RE: 750 brute exhaust
Don't hold your breath waiting for many reply's on this site. Talk to a couple Kawasaki mechanics at a couple of dealerships. They'll tell you what works best for your particular model. I'll tell you this much, they don't have alot of faith in Pro Circuit anymore. They'll probably steer you towards an HMF Penland, which I know really brings the KFX 700 to life. If you want noise the slip-on is quite in-expensive compared to the others. If your model is carburated, you may as well jet it with a full system to really get the most out of it. With HMF, you could jet, swap intake to K&N, and go with a full system installed for possibly under $750.

08 is fuel injected, i assume i dont have to worry about rejetting. also last time i checked, k&n doesnt make a filter for the 08 yet. added some 27" triclaws on, just wanted to get some of my 'zip' back. i'm guessing a slip on will be fine, but hmf (for example) has serveral models. is the penland better for this brute?

RE: 750 brute exhaust
Sorry for the delay. My guy tells me all you need is a better intake and a full system. Local dealers are also installing alot of FMF pipes on the sport and utilities. Any reputable brand will help you alot. My gut is K&N or Pro Design intake, and the Penland.
Like I said, 5 guys will steer you 5 directions. My guy is the best 2 and 4 stroke mechanic around, and the best racer on the 250 dirt bikes. He does all my work and my 400 will keep up with any modified 450.
