2003 Prairie 650 Issues

My Prairie had sat for a year or two. So, I got it out and tried to run it. It keeps missing, and has to be ran on choke 24/7 for it to even run. Already checked the fuel pump and it is fine.. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
