Workin on my 185. Its got a top end noise. The cam lobes are worn badly. Looks like it was starved for oil at some point. Still runs great, just noisey. Just sounds like the valve clearance is too loose. I was curious to see if the bayou 220/250 cam would work. But they have different part numbers. Anyone ever try them anyways or know of somethin that would work? Parts are gettin hard to find new for this machine and I already know that. I did find complete used heads with cams and rockers on ebay so thats my last resort. Anyone been down thie route before?
