Mule 4010 TPS resistance
I have been working to resolve the idling issue on my 2016 mul4 4010. I have tried all of the outlined fixes, Thorttle body cleaning, crankcase vent rework, valve adjustment, etc.
I have the Kawasaki service manual. I have been working with the main throttle TPS. I found that the voltage was below spec. I adjusted and now the voltage is within spec. My question, is the resistance (ohms) spec. The manual calls for "approximately 2.7k ohms" between pins D and C. Mine measures 2.51K ohms. Between pins D and E the standard is "approximately" 1.2K ohms, mine measures 1.04K ohms. does anyone know what an acceptable tolerance would be? I am not sure what low resistance effect would be. these measurements are with the TPS mounted on the TB an ignition off, as specified in the manual.
any help would be appreciated, thanks.
