I have a flat on my 3010 Diesel. Tire size is 23X11.00-10. Make: Dunlop.

My question is, I wanna put an inner tube in this tire. Can't find an exact tube size for this tire. Has anyone experienced this or done something else with a flat? Has anyone tried the 'green slime stuff' for fixing a flat on these tires?
