Default High Idle problem

I have a 2006(?) 3010 4x4 with an idle problem. It was erratic (sometimes high-sometimes low enough to shut the engine off). The carb was removed, disassembled, cleaned and reassembled with new gaskets (the 41.3 and the 90/92.5 jets were installed in their proper positions).
The carb was reinstalled on the engine and started for adjustments (the area between the carb and "intake" where the gasket is was sprayed with carb cleaner-no change in idle) and it now idles way to high (transmission grinds when shifting into gear) and the idle adjustment screw is backed completely out. Also, 1 of the airbleed screws is backed out maybe 2-3 turns(?) and is stuck.
(Wish I would have found the rfive.me page before I started this process-job well done and I wouldn't have had to "reinvent the wheel"!!)
If I have to replace the carb, anybody know the p/n (it's a Kawaski twin cylinder and the exactly like the rfive pictures) or where I can get one for a reasonable $$.
Thoughts?
