I just salvaged a 1996 mule from a pasture. It hasn't run in over a year so I have a lot to do. It will start and idle fine using a small gravity fed fuel tank. my question concerns the fuel pump. with engine at idle the fuel pump is only getting 5.7 volts. is this normal? I can't here it running or making any noise like it is running. any help would be appreciated.
