4010 Mule want start in incline

4010 Mule want start in incline
I just bought a used 4010 with 300 hrs. on it. Runs fine but if it dies on an incline, the starter runs but it want start until you push it to level ground. The dealer is stumped and is calling the tech rep.. Anyone have any ideas.
