Hi, I have a 2005 kawasaki mule 610, and lately it has been decreasing speed, yesterday basically won't move the rear tires, and the rims were extremely hot, after 2 hours of cool down, it can move again but then the same story again, a friend check the belt, and it was shreaded, this could be the problem? Or do you think there's and issue with the brakes too?
