I am a new member and hope some one would be kind enough to help me with this issue, my jetski would not start, i got a new battery and all what it does is a clicking noise at the starter relay, i took it to a mechanic and he told me the starter relay and the starter need to be replaced and the engine might be seized. well my jetski have 65 hours its 2002 but i do not ride it as much. he took the spark plugs out and there was corrosion and he said this is a bad sign. so my questions are can you replace the starter without taking the engine out and how can u check if the engine is seized
