I don't own a '93 750 XI, but all the 750's of the '90's are pretty much the same in most areas. To prime the carbs after rebuild, just pull the "Return" line that takes excess fuel back to the tank. Then turn on the main fuel valve, and wait for gravity to carry fuel thru the carbs and start dripping out the return line fitting. If you don't mind getting intimate with the fuel fill hose, you can help it along by putting your mouth to the fill hose, and blowing into the tank. An alternative method is to prime the carb by squirting a small amount of pre-mix fuel down the carb, and start the engine. After running a few bursts on the pre-mix, the carbs should be full, and the engine stays running.

Yea make sure you have the fuel lines routed right. Priming the carbs with mixed fuel is better. Gettin gas in your mouth sucks! haha

Hello. My name is Steve. I have been away from forum for a long time. I have the same problem. My 92 750 SS was in storage for 7 years. I had carb rebuilt. It will start with prime but will not run. I tried the return and blew in tank as you suggested to no success. You sound like you know what you are talking about. Any further suggestions.
Thanks

I spoke with the local Kaw dealer and he was very helpful. Seem after long storage the fuel decomposes. The return line was plugged. I removed the pick up from the top of the tank and found huge deposit around the return opening. Removed and ski runs great.
