ok well might as well get the questions out lol
firs thing iv got to sort out is the bike i have just bought(zx6r 00)has had some little toerag try steal it from prevous owner and there``s about 6 wires coming out of the right hand side(when your siting on it).
no igntion lights but if u touch white and brown together u get igntion but she doesnt start

so where will i find a wiring diagram or pics of what wires go where.

forgot to say bikes got no front fairings at all.

I do not have a diagram on that model. Especially for that year. I do have the 05-06 6rr info.though if it can be of any use. Good luck.
