trying to see if a zx12 02 motor will fit a 94 zx11

Maybe, depends on a number of factors, the year of the bike and motor, your budget, time, and skill level. Anything is possible.

trying to find out if an 02 1200, will work on a 1100 the wireing is the thing that bothers me. dont want to all that work to find out that some thing will not plug in.

If you have both harnesses you should be able to make it work. Use the harness that goes with the engine if its FI, and everything else should wire up in a similar fashion, you can interchange the dongles pretty easily. But I've never tried it....enjoy!

Unless your engine is junk it'd be less expensive to simply see if the ZX12 pistons fit if the bores are the only difference. In other words it's probably less headache to do a big bore.

reason for for the change 12 has fi my 11 does not. FI has a better responace than none fi.
