Default ZX10 wheels

Hello all,

I have a question about wheels i own a 04 zx10r that after buyinig it from a private party had the following items wrong with it.

1. front wheel was in the list to be recalled
2 gas tank vent hoses missing?
3. first oil change clutch cover cracked but could not see it from the outside.
4. steering dampiner i thought 04's had one stock? well mine was missing.

now let go back to 1. front wheel was recalled P.O. i guess made the recall for the rim, now the good part he must have sold the new wheel and when he sold it to me with the original wheel.
isn't the dealership suppose to take the old wheel??? how in the hell did he get to keep it. to pass it on.

ok here's the question can i install 06 rims on my 04 i know 05 will fit 04 and has a different part number but before i gamble on the 06 wheels fitting i would like to know going in.
here are the part #

2004-41073-0012-R2
2005-41073-0048-R2
2006-41073-0084-11A

any help would be great thank you for your time.

Default RE: ZX10 wheels

welcome to KF. no the 04 did not come with a steering dampner. i do believe if it was taken in for the recall on the front wheel that they would of kept the front wheel. As for the fitment of the different years of wheels that i don't know. hang around and some one else will probaly know that. enjoy ur stay here.
