Default Shift kits

On a episode of Super Bikes, I saw a custom bike that had a "press button" shift kit, as in, you pressed a button to shift it, instead of using your feet and such. I was wondering if you could buy these? And where they are sold?

Thanks

Um, not terribly complicated. Very likely an air shifter. You can make your own, providing you have an understanding of small 12v compressors (Wal-Mart), tubing, small air-pistons, and electrical switches. Handy if you plan to drag race, but just more crap on your bike if you don't. IMHO.

electric shift kits are also available, most of them include a module to momentarily kill the ignition to take the load off the tranny.really only practicle for racing purposes.

hahaha, welcome to the post era of '90 Jeff! hahaha, messin' with ya
You can run the "electronic" stylequick shifter. hahaha, that was meant for you Jeff as well.

Anyhow, the race ecu has programmable features along with the PC3 to set your shifts. You can still run on the streets just like a stock ride shifting as normal, or you can use the programmed info.
