Default pilot screw setting, zx900 rebuild

Hello all,
I have an 85 zx900, going through carbs and found.
The bike has race header/exhaust, cams?, carbs have individual KN filters and have been jetted to 143.5 was wondering a good starting place for pilot screws on carbs 1-4 I'm at 750' altitude, also carb sync is there tricks tips. Last but not least, spark plug recommendation

When setting my idle air screws, I had to just play around with different settings for a while until I found a good setting. Sorry I can't be more of a help to you. That's just how I did it.
