I do alot of night driving and use my bright lights and still feel like i neeed to see a bit more and farther......not sure the wattage im using now....but looking for the cheapest and easiest solution

go to www.hardracing.com and look up your bike. I use the bulbs from there and they are hella bright without any melting of wires or any fuses popping. I had them i my 636 which i ran with both headlights on 24/7. i currently have them in my buell. BRIGHT AS ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 98 zx9.....

 

Same bike as me... you need the bulb from PIAA... I don't remember which one - I will have to pull it out and get you the part number. It is AWESOME... I will do it monday after work in between thunderstorms

 

Sorry it took me a while to get back on this madgreek - I forgot all about it. It is too dark out right now to pull the bulb, but I will do it tomorrow. Here are a few shots of it tonight though - and dont let the pics mislead you... it is not the off-white color you see in a couple of them... it is a beautiful, brilliant white light... purest white I have ever seen in a non-HID lamp. The first two are low beams, the last is high. varying shutter and flash settings. I will get pix of the bulb tomorrow and also try to take a pic at sunset, which should look a lot better.
