Lowering Options for a 2005 KLX 125 L
I bought this bike not knowing it was an "L" model for my son. Bike is too tall but would like to keep it until he gets bigger...Any options for lowering the bike would be appreciated.

Sometimes it is as easy as setting the proper SAGs which will lower the ride as well.
Not really sure on the klx but generally the linkage or dog bones change out on other rides and altering the fork height in the triple clamps seem to lower the ride heights for short statured riders. That of course will alter the suspension to where it will bottom out earlier and will alter the steering and handling. If the ride is just for putting around on trails and such, this would allow your son some time to grow into it without a hefty price alteration I would think.

hey thanks,
I have looked online and no one makes the lowering links for the 125..they list them for the 250 so I have emailed the company to see if it will work. Othersise will have to sell or trade for a 110L
