KZ200 Rich Idle
I've made a little progress. Previously I had set the timing with a multimeter on the points seperating at the revised 13btdc. As it turns out this was way out when I check it with a timing gun. So now much smoother at a true 13btdc. I have also lowered the needle one rung, so clip one up from middle. I have also gone to a b8es plug instead of the b7es that suppliers keep sending.
Despite all that it is still hugely rich at idle, even with 2.5 turns out on the mixture screw. I have ordered a 35 pilot jet which is not listed as a z200 option but instead is supposed to be for a 4 cylinder suzuki. Its measurements all match up so I'm hooping it will fit fine and lean out the idle more.
