OK I got new plugs went through the carbs again and now its bogging in mid range but has top end now??I felt the header when I first started it up and the #1 pipe dont get hot like the others do unles you gas it? could the #1 plug not fire good but #4 have good spark? I tried changeing the wire I looked at the spark and it looked weak could this be a coil?

 

So you are saying that #4 spark is better looking than the #1 spark?

 

Did you check the spark plug gap?

On my KZ, the #1 & #4 plugs fire off one coil, simultaneously, just as #2 & #3 fires simultaneously on the other coil. You probably have a bad wire if there is a weak spark on one plug of the coil pair.
