Hey guys, I have a 94 KX80 and it has started to pop and backfire at high end revs. Bike started ok, idles ok and ran for about 15 minutes before it started doing this. I have cleaned the carb and checked the reeds. I had a new plug in it and everything looked ok. Where do I go next??? The flywheel seemed to have some white crap on it? Get too hot or too wet? Let me know where to look. Thanks Matt

 

see pg 13-7 in your manual. ignition timing and tuning to your riding needs. A lot of things can either go wrong or get misunderstood on this issue. It would be better off for you to get the factory manual and see what you need in tuning your ride.
