KLX250 better radiator cap
Thought I'd post for anyone interested.
A CV4 20PSI (1.37 bar) radiator cap is available for KLX 250/300's, specifically (to the best of my knowledge) the H7F and A7F bike models, the code is CV715-20M
I'm not sure if there would be a whole lot of difference between radiator caps on different models, but I'm thinking of trying one on my H6F.
My H6F has Engine Ice for coolant, and after a hot days ride the coolant recovery tank is usually low, my guess is its all bubbling out. The standard cap is 1.1 bars, so I may try the 1.37 bar offering from CV4 and double check all my rad hose connections for the increased pressure.

I learned several years ago, that in a pinch, the early Honda Civic rad caps will work nicely on many Japanese water-cooled bikes. I keep one handy. Much cheaper and every parts place (or Wal Mart!) will have 'em.
