Default KE100 Help

I just bought a 1995 KE100 and it runs great aside from the fact that im having a little trouble with the clutch. it seems to be slipping when i really get on the gas. also it seems a bit underpowered i know it only 100cc's but i assumed i would be able to pop wheelies and stuff in 1st and/or 2nd gear. if anyone has ridden a ke100 please let me know if it sounds underpowered or if im just expecting too much out of 100cc's and also any advice on the clutch slipping. thanks guys

hmmm not really sure...it felt really hard to pull and when i first got it the clutch wouldnt disengage when i pulled the lever so i took the cover off and tightened that little plastic plate with the two screws a little and it works now but if i tighten it too much the clutch wont do anything. maybe you could give me some advice on putting on my new clutch cable when it gets here. i had to order a new one cause that one snapped
