Default KE 100 OVERHEATS

I have a KE 100 (95) that we just put a new resleeves cylinder set into. It runs fine....but I've noticed that after 15-20 minutes of riding, it shuts down suddenly (LOL, it's hard not to notice that!).
It starts ok, then runs well..then shuts down. If I'm going down the road, it just goes DEAD and popping the clutch etc. does nothing. But after a very short 2-3 minute rest, it will start up again and run again well for another 10-15 minutes (maybe less...hard to tell time when you are having fun!).
So- my buddy who put the new cylinder in thinks it must be electrical...I know the compression remains good so I'm not concerned with the sleeving itself. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums.....

Man.....Kinda need to narrow it down a little. Next time she shuts down, check for spark. Let us know.
