UPDATE* had a friend of mine that races for a living to hear it on the phone and he told me that it isn't revving up and down that it is bogging down and trying to keep up the rmps. I drained the fuel tank in case of to much seafoam and put a new NGK plug in and no luck!... so next question is what is making it bog down? lol

 

well the bogging down issue is fixed now. come to find out that the battery was bad. lol of all things and after taking the carb out of the bike over 20 times.. lol
Now have a slow takeoff and RPM arrest is kicking in way to soon.. any idea's on that?

good to see you finding your way through this. The battery thing caught me off guard some. The alternator must obviously still be good to carry the ride under a load. LOL

 

now if I can just figure out why I try to go faster then 40 the RPM's peg out, and that it is a little sluggish on taking off...

 

maybe the ignition system is not good enough
