Thanks everyone. It was an 18mm. I dont know what happened but it now starts very quick. But it does not idle very well. When the bike is on the cement in my car port, it sounds like someone is pounding the ground with a sledge hammer, and it is a rough idle but it stays running. However, above 3000 RPM it sounds and runs great. Ive already put 150 miles on it. It feals very powerful at higher RPMs, but down low it feels weak. And I think I hear valves clicking.
